Security Center

InvisiPay places the highest priority on your account security. The following recommendations are intended to maximize your security.

Never log into your account from an unknown computer or mobile phone.

Unknown computers may have software that records your keystrokes to compromise your information.

Always confirm the address bar in your browser is green and reads invisipay.com before you log in.

Fraudsters create fake websites that look like the original and have web addresses that look very similar to the real website (e.g.,invispay.com). They may send you an email or link to direct you to their fraudulent site to capture your information.

Never give your account information to anyone - including your username, password, PIN, etc.

Account information like your username, password, PIN, credit card #, etc. is static; once compromised, static information may be used repeatedly by criminals. With InvisiPay the only information you share is an InvisiCode. InvisiCodes are not static. They may only be used once and will expire if they are not used within a specified period. This enables you to buy and sell without divulging any sensitive information.

Never complete a transaction without being present.

When you authorize a payment, you are attesting to receiving the item or service you purchase and acknowledging, that the transaction is a final sale. Like with cash, make sure you take possession of what you're buying before you pay.

Delete your confirmation emails and text messages frequently.

When we send your transaction confirmation, it will contain your secret security word, and the time and amount of the transaction. Your secret security word is something only you and we know - this let's you know the confirmation is from us. Deleting confirmations from your email and text messages reduces the chance that someone will see this information. Transaction details are stored in your account history for your long-term records. For additional protection, InvisiPay will prompt you to periodically change your security word.

Contact us immediately if you receive a transaction confirmation but did not buy or sell something.

If you receive a transaction confirmation and did not buy or sell something, it could indicate attempted fraud. Contact us immediately so we can take measures to stop any fraud in progress!

Contact us immediately if you receive an account change confirmation but did not make any changes.

We will send you an email and/or text message to confirm changes you make to your account; the confirmation will never contain sensitive data. If you receive an account change confirmation but did not make changes, it could indicate fraud. Contact us immediately so we can take measures to stop any fraud in progress!
